• Familiar with e-commerce (Shopee, Tokopedia)

• Team Player, Honest, multitasker.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Communicating effectively with customers.

• Providing product and service information, confirming orders, and documenting complaints.

• Handling customer complaints, including product replacements and returns.

• Managing transaction records and ensuring prompt issue resolution.

• Completing forms and contracts, requiring basic computer skills.
